30-day returns
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return most items for a refund. The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
What cannot be returned
- Personal care and fragrance products that have been opened
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items marked final sale on the product page
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
- We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.
Refund timing
Once we approve the refund, the money leaves us immediately. Card networks and PayPal typically take 5–10 business days to show it on your statement. That delay is on their side and we cannot speed it up.
Faulty items
If something arrives broken or stops working within 12 months of normal use, send us photographs. We will replace it or refund it, and we cover return shipping.
