Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Guangdong, China. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

These are working-day estimates from dispatch, not from order placement.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders over $79.
- Below that, standard shipping is a flat $12.
- Express shipping is a flat $29 and does not qualify for the free-shipping threshold.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate.
Customs and import duty
Prices exclude import duties and taxes. Depending on your country, the carrier may collect VAT or duty before delivery. Orders shipped to the EU are sent with IOSS information where applicable so that VAT is collected at checkout where we are able to do so.
Missing or damaged parcels
Tell us within 30 days of the dispatch date. Send photographs of the packaging and the product, and we will replace or refund. We do not require you to return damaged goods in most cases.
